Our Board of Directors are incredibly experienced and successful leaders who draw on decades of public and private resources to help guide Asantae Holdings International and its subsidiaries through today's challenging business environment.

CHAIRMAN AND DIRECTOR - HON. JOHN REYNOLDS

Hon. John Reynolds served as both a Member of the Legislative Assembly in British Columbia (from 1983 to 1991) and as a Member of Parliament in Ottawa (from 1972 to 1977 and again from 1997 to 2006). Prior to his recent retirement from Federal politics he was the Official Opposition House Leader for the Conservative Caucus. Previously he had been Leader of the Opposition in the House of Commons for the Canadian Alliance Caucus. Mr. Reynolds is currently a Member of the Queen's Privy Council for Canada and a Senior Strategic Advisor for the law firm McMillan, LLP. He currently sits on boards of several publicly listed mineral exploration companies, and has been President of Gainey Consultants Inc. since January 2006.

DIRECTOR - HON. LARRY CAMBELL

Hon. Larry Campbell has been a Member of the Senate of Canada since 2005. Prior thereto, Mr. Campbell was Mayor of the City of Vancouver from 2002 to 2005. He is currently a Member of the Senate Standing Committee on Aboriginal Peoples. Mr. Campbell has been the President of Mortis Consulting Ltd. since March, 1997 and was a Consultant/Writer for Haddock Entertainment Inc. from February, 1997 to February, 2008. Mr Campbell was the Chief Coroner, Government of British Columbia, Ministry of the Attorney General from 1996 to 2000. He also served with the British Columbia Coroners Service from 1981 to 2000 and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police from 1967 to 1981. Mr Campbell was a Member of the Board of Directors of CY Oriental Ltd. (listed on the TSX-V) from May, 2006 to April 2009. Mr. Campbell has a degree in Public Administration and a Masters of Business Administration.
